Townsite Plaza Complex has a long and storied history. In its heyday, it was home to vibrant business, banking, a private dining club, large parking garage and more. When it was built in 1970, the tower, three buildings and garage were considered state-of-the-art. In more recent years, a series of landlords had allowed the complex to deteriorate, deferring necessary maintenance and improvements.
